Quagga by Q Sales

We built the tool we wished existed.

Quagga is a product of Q Sales. We work with legal technology revenue teams, and we kept running into the same problem: the best signal for when to reach a prospect was hiding in public court records — but turning that signal into something actionable was brutally manual.

The problem we kept seeing

Legal tech revenue teams — eDiscovery providers, litigation support vendors, legal software companies — sell into a market where timing is everything. A firm that reaches a litigation team at the moment an ESI order drops has a real conversation. The same firm that calls six weeks later is interrupting someone who's already deep into a vendor relationship.

The signal for when to call is right there in the public record. Docket activity tells you exactly when discovery is starting, what kind of case it is, which firm is involved, and roughly how large the engagement might be. Teams that could read that signal consistently had a massive edge.

The problem was the work. Monitoring PACER across dozens of jurisdictions, extracting the relevant events, pulling firm and attorney data, and turning all of it into something a rep could act on in five minutes — that was a job in itself. Most teams did it inconsistently, delegated it to junior staff, or skipped it entirely.

What Quagga does

Quagga automates all of it. We monitor public docket activity across 94+ federal districts, detect 47+ Opportunity Signal types, score each matter for commercial relevance, and enrich every surfaced case into a structured opportunity brief — delivered to your team within 24 hours of the filing.

Your reps start each day with a queue of timed, contextualized opportunities. Every brief includes the case background, the Opportunity Signal, the lead law firm and attorney contacts, an estimated data scope, and an AI-generated commercial insight. No manual research. No docket watching. Just opportunities your team can act on.

Who we're built for

Quagga is purpose-built for legal technology revenue teams — eDiscovery service providers, litigation support vendors, legal tech companies selling into the litigation market, and the founders and revenue leaders building those businesses.

If your product or service is most needed during active litigation and discovery, Quagga is designed for you. We're not a general-purpose sales intelligence tool or a generic docket feed. Every decision we make — about signals, scoring, brief structure, and workspace design — is made with your specific BD workflow in mind.

Our Principles

How we think about this product

Timing over volume

A small number of timed, relevant opportunities is more valuable than a flood of undifferentiated alerts. We optimize for signal quality, not feed size.

Context you can act on

Raw docket data isn't actionable. Quagga briefs are structured to give reps everything they need to make a smart first call — without doing any additional research.

Built for how teams actually work

BD at a legal tech company isn't a full-time data job. Quagga is designed to fit a 15-minute daily queue review, not require a dedicated analyst.

Honest about what we cover

We won't overstate coverage or capability. If a jurisdiction isn't fully covered or a feature is in development, we say so. A bad demo fit wastes everyone's time.
